"I love traditional silversmithing and metalsmithing techniques such as construction, forging, soldering, and acid-etching. I often use images and forms found in my walks in nature and the city to inform the direction of the pieces. I have developed a unique use of intalgio printmaking processes into images for jewelry through photography, image manipulation and transfer, acid-etching, and metal construction. I utilize semi-precious stones and found objects to give pieces weight and texture. All of my pieces are handmade and built to last many lifetimes. I stand by the craftspersonship of all my work and believe in the sustainable quality of well-made pieces over fast-fashion."
